Well that may be true but most people have wishes but they think those are goals.
When you look up the definition of a goal, it is said to be “an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision, plan, and commit to achieving”.
The success you wish or dream of attaining is not worthy to be called a goal, if you are not committed to achieving it.
